Parent/Teacher Conferences

Teacher conferences are held Friday afternoon and Saturday morning (parents should register in your myProctor Parent Portal). We often get questions from parents about whether or not their child should attend with them. While students are not required to attend, their presence can enhance conversations and identify opportunities for continued growth. We want to ensure students are engaged in all facets of the learning process, including offering constructive feedback on their effort and performance. Printed conferences schedules will be available on campus at the registration desk in Maxwell Savage Hall.

Special Event: An Evening With The Arts

On Friday evening from 7:45 - 9:00 pm Proctor’s Arts Department will host a reception in the Wilkins Meeting House for Proctor’s parents, faculty, and staff to enjoy student visual and performance art. Light fare and refreshments will be provided and we encourage families to join us for this celebration.
